Aspire – Community Links
aspire is the Leeds Early Intervention in Psychosis Service, providing holistic care coordination to people between the ages of 14 and 65 who are, or may be, experiencing their first episode of psychosis. We provide support to families, friends and social networks of the person in relation to their experience of psychosis too.
aspire operates an open referral system. Referrals will be accepted from professionals (e.g. GP, practice nurse, counsellors, teachers, etc.), concerned family/friends or from the person experiencing difficulties.
We advise that you make a referral over the phone or by email. A duty worker is available by phone Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm to discuss referrals and offer advice: 0113 200 9170.
To make a referral by email, download and complete the referral form to the right and email it to [email protected].
